About APEX Motorwerks

Since 2007 APEX Motorwerks has been providing exceptional service for late model Mercedes-Benz owners in Novato.

Our services maintain your new car warranty, there is no need, or requirement, for you to service your new car at the dealer.

Dave Ball Owner / technician has worked extensively in key positions at Mercedes-Benz dealerships.

His technical expertise and brand familiarity equate to quick and accurate assesssment of your vehicle's needs. This efficiency helps us to deliver outstanding service at reasonable cost.

In his primer on auto service, Customers for Life, Carl Sewell wrote, "Never charge a customer for something which you wouldn't charge a friend", and "Make every decision during your day as if it were going to appear on the front page of tomorrow's newspaper". We feel these adages are the basis for a long term trusting relationship.

If you just need a tail light bulb, or your check engine light turned off because you left the gas cap loose, we aren't going to charge you. If you need a twelve dollar headight bulb, we'll install it and keep track of it until your next service visit. We want you to feel welcome to just drop in if you need something.

Over the last fifteen years we've been rewarded with many loyal customers who are happy for our success. Our business has grown mostly due to their referrals.
